So there are a ton of places you want to visit, but you don’t have the time right now. Maybe put those plans in the backburner, and revisit them later. There’s no reason at all that wouldn’t feel like how you’d walk in your dream destinations … right at home! Spain – Espadrilles is the order of the day. They used to be known as “peasant footwear,” but they’ve been given a second life thanks to names like Donna Karan. A neat addition to your outfit would be a red scarf necklace, worn around the neck, for that earthy, Spanish feel.
India – Putting on an ethnic piece like beaded slippers mixed and match with shawls will make you look all dressed up. Add a couple of gold bangles and you’re all set!
Greece – The gladiator slippers that Mischa Barton has been sporting lately says it all. Also, metallic bangles give you a Troy-ish Grecian style.
China – Silk flats are the equivalent to giving your feet first class tickets — it’s both stylish and comfy at the same time. There are tons of asian-inspired accessories like necklaces and bracelets to give your style an oriental twist.
Italy – Everybody knows Italian leather is the way to go — run with some Nine West Leather pumps. You just can’t go wrong.
